題目：人際語義與法律語篇中的社會過程的實現

摘要: 本文從系統功能語言學的角度出發👆🏓，將法律語篇視為社會語境下實現社會過程的語言類型🔌。在附生性觀點的指導下，通過語法層的語氣系統（MOOD）、語篇層的評價系統（APPRAISAL）🧔🏿‍♀️🦴、協商系統（NEGOTIATION）三個維度🕺🏼，分析作為社會過程的法律語篇如何呈現其人際語義🔻。

Abstract: Based on the theories of systemic functional grammar, legal discourses are taken as a staged, goal-oriented, social process in the social context. Under the guidance of supervenience and from the perspectives of MOOD, APPRAISAL, and NEGOTIATION systems, this paper is to analyze and discuss the realization of interpersonal semantic systems in the social processes---competition, conflict, adaptation, selection, cooperation, and assimilation.
